This year, Jeziel aims to interview as many people as he can about the interesting places where they volunteer. Among many weird and wacky volunteering submissions, there’s a fair few serious ones.

Sharon got in touch to chat about her work with the Intensive Care Foundation — an organisation which aims to improve the lives and care of critically ill patients. They’re able to do this with funding for vital research and the assistance of some very generous volunteers.

Sharon shared the touching story that spurred her to get involved with the ICF, and also touched on some of the more light-hearted aspects of her work.
