A theme park ride in Scotland, broke down leaving a man alone in the car while engineers attempted to free him. The same park previously had issues with their gondolas reaching speeds of up to 64km!
So Bec and Jeziel wanted to know what was your theme park misadventure? When Jenny was 8 years old, she went to the Royal Show and got stuck on chair lift by herself. Terrified of heights, she screamed at the top her lungs for someone to help get her down. Indi went to Adventure World and before going on a ride she measured herself to make sure she was tall enough. After waiting in line for 2 hours, they measured her again and said she was too short. “But luckily I got something called a fast pass.”
Bronte got a 10cm piece of plank stuck in her foot at Adventure World. She was running around on the wooden planks barefoot, when it got stuck. They gave her a green whistle but she was allergic to it and had a bad reaction. Her mum took her to the hospital where they numbed her foot and gave her gas which put her in bad mood. “I blamed the Wildcats all these random people. I’ve never not wore shoes at Adventure World since.” Andrew went on a roller coaster that got stuck upside down for 25 minutes. He decided to go on another rollercoaster which got stuck for 15 minutes! “I felt very sick, red as. They didn’t even mention it when we got down they were just gave us free food vouchers.”
