Van Gogh Alive – The Experience
The most visited multi-sensory experience in the world and it is right here in Perth! It is opening today at the Supreme Court Gardens. Prepare to transcend time and space as you accompany Van Gogh on a journey through the Netherlands, where he created many of his timeless masterpieces.
It is a thrilling display of over 3,000 inspirational images transforms every surface that surrounds you. From start to finish, visitors are surrounded by a vibrant symphony of light, colour, sound, and fragrance that has been described as ‘unforgettable’. In a world-first, the internationally acclaimed Van Gogh Alive will be specially designed and constructed in a 25,000 square foot immersive gallery. There is an entry fee but I reckon it will be worth it! It will be open the whole weekend – on Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm and Sunday from 9 am to 7 pm.
Perth Indoor Jungle Festival 2022
Do you guys like plants? I LOVE them! Well you can head along to the Perth Indoor Jungle Festival to learn from experts, buy some plants, and mix with fellow plant lovers. It will be held at Perth City Farm. It starts today at 4 pm and will close at 8.30 pm tonight but will be open again tomorrow from 9 am to 3 pm. This festival will bring WA’s best growers selling a huge range of plants and plant accessories. There will also be workshops available to create gorgeous things like terrariums, macramé pot hangers and lots more! There is a small entry fee but nothing too crazy.
Nyin, Ni, Koorliny (Sit, Listen, Walk)
Next week is national reconciliation week and to get a head start into what this week means why not head over to Point Walter Reserve in Bicton for a fun Sit, Listen and Walk session. You can listen to the stories of Elders and Walk with them along the beautiful paths from Kwoppa Kepa to Jennalup, as you contemplate what you can do in your life to make change for reconciliation. This event is absolutely free and morning tea will be provided at the end of the walk. It starts at 9.30 Sunday morning and finishes around 11.30. And Sunday is expected to be partly cloudy with only a 10% chance of rain

Obi –Wan Kenobi came out on Disney Plus today. Part one and Part two are available now. For the kiddies, Disney Plus has the latest Chip n Dale movie. I remember watching the old Chip n Dales when I grew up. I can’t wait to see it. If you’re into the series, Stranger Things on Netflix, get ready because a new season is being released today!
