Couch Cosies?

Here is my top binge list to watch with dad at home this Father’s Day. I know I will be spending time with my dad doing what we love which is watching a series together while snacking on a delicious grazing table. Favourite foods and special quality time together, what a great way to spend father’s Day.

Netflix … Unbroken (M) – Based on the true story of Olympic athlete who endured being a POW in World War II. Young Wallander (MA) – Follows a young Wallander as he investigated his first case, based on the hit British/Scandinavian crime thriller character Wallander. The Sleepover (PG) – fun family film that celebrated a Dad who stays true to himself and family.

Ten All Access … MacGyver (M) – With all episode of the new Macgyver and all the old Macgyver as well. Survivor (PG) –  sure to be a fav with any camping dads. NCIS & NCIS:Los Angeles (M) – With many many seasons these have plenty of crime, drama & action. The Twilight Zone (M) – Old and new series perfect to watch and discuss.

ABC iView … Mythbusters – Junior (PG) – Great fun to watch with the kids and learn about science while also being entertained.

SBS On Demand …. The X-Files (MA) – All season available so delve into the mystery of the unknown with Mulder & Scully. Churchill (M) – Award-winning biopic about Winston Churchill as he faced and fought Nazi Germany. Whiskey Cavalier (M) – Lighthearted spy action series.

Disney Plus ….With the entire Pixar, Marvel & Star Wars series & films plus national geographic there is just so many, many things to watch with dad. My top picks are:  The Mandalorian (M) for the Star wars dad. Guardians of the Galaxy (M) for the Marvel dad. The Inspector Gadget series (G/PG) for the dad who loves spy comedy. The Incredibles (PG) for the Pixar dad. The Lion King (PG) for the Disney dad and finally Brain Games (PG) for the sciencey dad.
