…maybe it’s ok if I’m not ok, cause the one who holds the world is holding onto me, maybe it’s alright if I’m not alright, cause the one who holds the stars is holding my whole life…’.

This is the chorus of We Are Messengers’ latest track ‘Maybe It’s Ok’. What a powerful notion. The Irish band led by Darren Mulligan want us to know that no one is ever going to be totally ok, but with Jesus, in our live’s it’s so much better

What’s more, is We Are Messengers aren’t just talking the talk, they’re providing a platform, called Maybe It’s Ok, where people can go to anonymously share their struggles or write a positive message to encourage those who have shared their hard times. If you don’t want to write anything but still would like to show your support We Are Messengers are inviting whoever they can to pray over the messages they’ve received.

About We Are Messengers

We Are Messenger is a band focused on spreading the message of God’s love and using songs born from their own struggles to impact the lives of their audiences. Originally from Ireland, lead singer Darren Mulligan and wife Heidi moved to the U.S. and saw their music career explode with their self-titled debut album in 2016. The album earned them their first Dove Award nomination for New Artist of the Year and included Top 5 hits “Everything Comes Alive,” “Magnify” and “Point to You.” They now return with new music featuring lead single “Maybe It’s Ok,” already a fan-favourite at We Are Messengers’ legendary live shows which attract a wide range of people searching for hope and meaning. Their live show will reach new fans this year as they head out with TobyMac on the Hits Deep tour. The band has also had placements in films and television, including The Shack and MTV’s Coupled.
