Two pilots on an Ethiopian airlines flight fell asleep at 37,000 feet! They were meant to begin the descent but continued to fly past their destination. Air Traffic Control attempted to contact the pilots but were unsuccessful. They finally awoke after autopilot disconnected and sounded an alarm. So Bec and Jeziel wanted to know have you fallen asleep at work?

Elyssa’s brother is a motorbike mechanic and owned his own shop. One of his employees always fell asleep as he was sitting down to work on the bikes. “They would come back from the office to find his head hung down and he’d be fast asleep. My brother ended up firing him.”

Rebecca is a nurse and on night shifts they would use their breaks to sleep. They even had a spare mattress on the office floor. “But one girl would actually hide under the desk with a blanket and we would just kick her if the nurse manager came to visit.”

“I used to work in nightclubs doing lighting. After doing full days events during the day (we are talking min 16h days for weeks on end). More than once I fell asleep at my console in the middle of a club.
