Reading Time: < 1 minute

There is no reason to make your bed every single morning…

As a mum, Bec strongly agrees with this statement and prefers to use the extra minutes to help her kids get ready for school. “I have 3 children who I need to get out of the house by 8 in the morning.” But Jeziel thinks it is the perfect way to start each day. “It’s the first thing you tick off your list. You start with the small things and it sets you up for a win.”

“I agree with Bec 100%. Those that say no I challenge you to try it one day and embrace your extra minute with your family or coffee.”

“No way Bec you got to make your bed every day. So much nicer at night to get into a made bed.”

“Not making the bed and opening the window to let the sunlight in reduces the dust mites in your bed which reduces your allergies.”
