The Olympic Games are for the most elite athletes.
They train for a living, push their bodies to the limit and that’s why we honour them. So Jeziel’s been thinking what about parents? They push there body’s to the limit for 20+ years. Do they not deserve to be honoured? What if we hosted the world’s first ‘Parent Games’ 2022? Parents can compete to earn a bronze, silver or gold medal in activities such as: fastest nappy change, buckling the kids in the car and packing a school lunch.
Producer Telana is not sold on the idea as ‘pet-parents’ aren’t qualified. She also thought this would hurt some parent’s feelings. “If I was a parent and I didn’t win would that mean I’m a bad parent?”
