Daniel Principe is a youth advocate and educator with Collective Shout.

Daniel partners with schools and communities to challenge porn culture and the sexualisation of women and girls. He works with young men across Australia to reimagine healthy expressions of masculinity. This is an important message of hope in a very sexualised world, where pornography and the impact of porn culture are being compounded on our young people as they try to make sense of themselves. Listener Tanya said she has started to have these chats with her primary aged kids, but wanted to know if Collective Shout is available to speak in primary schools.

“(One Mum) said I knew we were going to have to have the Porn talk one day but wasn’t expecting my 7-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son, who got exposed on a school bus and at another friend’s house. She wasn’t living with her head in the sand she knew that this is the landscape kids are growing up in because if your kid has access to the internet, the internet has access to your kid.”
