There’s such a wide range of supplements available today, so how are we to know what is enough, or how much is too much?

In 2014 the Australian Bureau of Statistics reported that up to one third of all Australians take at least one dietary supplement, with a quarter of those taking more than three per day.

With numbers like these, it’s not surprising that many of us feel unsure about the level of our consumption.

Mornings’ resident health hero, naturopath Melanie Jaye, shared some advice on making sure we’re not overdoing it (or under doing it, for that matter.)
