Spiced pumpkin bread is high in protein and fibre, making it the perfect healthy snack. Pumpkin is an excellent vegetable to add to bread and muffins, it adds moisture, flavour and a little sweetness. Best of all it’s packed full of essential vitamins and minerals, plus rich in beta carotene to support eye health.

Pumpkin hamburger buns have a lovely light and soft texture, but are strong enough to hold all your burger ingredients. It also works well for sandwiches.
