Someone Is Always Watching

Companies record every place you visit, everything you buy, everything you search for everything you send, every number you call.

All of this information is called ‘mega data’: the footprint we leave in the real and digital world. This information is stored for 2 main reasons, for selling and social control. So companies can target certain products and services to you and so employers know what you’re doing at work or if you’re up to something sketchy the police can find out.

We have to remember that in this age keeping secrets is basically impossible, someone is always watching.

“let your kids know, everything that they do, everything they say, everything they buy, is being recorded, so that they don’t have any secrets. Not to be worried, but to be aware. ”
