With all the bad news we’ve been hearing lately, we can easily be sucked down into thinking ‘isn’t our community terrible’. That’s why Allan Tranter teaches us that the small things we do are so important. Our small, kind actions are a counter measure to all the sadness in people’s lives and the tragedy that’s been happening.

“One on the girls in my office is going through some really hard times at home, her dad is very unwell and has had surgery. So another one of the girls in the office made up a big pot of spaghetti bolognese for Bec to enjoy with her family. Says Allan “We’re encouraged to be the light in this world, so let’s use small words and small acts to give a ray of hope amongst all the tragedy.
If there’s someone in your world that’s been on your heart, text them call them, send a card! Let them know you’re thinking of them.”

Let’s over come all this sadness with love.

Allan shares a little more on this idea below.
