Red Frogs out on the road, mentoring in the classroom and dishing out red frog shaped lollies
Red Frogs is a support program that provides direct relief from alcohol and drug related issues that are known to cause anxiety, pain, poverty, sickness, suffering, distress, misfortune, disability, destitution, helplessness.
They attend all the major school leavers events in Dunsborough and Rottnest Island and are the front line for supporting schoolies whilst they are celebrating the end of year 12 and educating them on ways to say safe during leavers.
Podcast: Christine with Red Frogs WA General Manager Hayden Glass
Hayden says the money raised from the Red Frogs WA fundraiser will go into their resources aimed at helping teenagers at leavers events, university students, and support their work in the classroom.
“It means that we can keep growing and becoming the young peoples best friends that they need at that time and actually help them get on those offramps of alternative non drug and alcohol events.”
