One of the worst things about working in a customer service-related field is dealing with disrespectful customers. But as an employee, you are taught that the ‘customer is always right’, so keep smiling and be polite.

But a post office in Wales has had enough and is taking a strong stand against rude behaviour. They put up a sign that says “If you are grouchy, irritable, or just plain rude: there will be a £10.00 charge for putting up with you.Jeziel thinks that it’s a brilliant idea “If more places did that you would have less grumpy people.” But Bec thinks it would just make people grumpier. “Comes to $15. That was only a $5 purchase? Yeah, but you were rude.”
