Melanie Jaye from Eden Naturopathy joined Bec on The Mornings show to share her naturopathic approach to improve immunity for kids, parents and teachers.

 

These include hygiene, supplements and good breakfast options. Incorrect nutrition can cause health problems in children. Keeping an eye on the nutritional density in food is important along with having a good night’s sleep. Your body needs sleep to rejuvenate itself. Plus by taking vitamins, supplements and probiotics you will help your body’s immunity.

Having a nutritional breakfast will sustain you for longer. A nutritional breakfast can include eggs, a healthy paleo bread, nuts, almonds, berries, etc. A healthy diet and doing some exercise will help with anxiety and will also help boost energy.
