National Student Volunteer Week celebrates, encourages, enables and recognises student volunteering across Australia.

Laura Koh, Manager Projects Volunteer WA,  shared what university students across WA are undertaking in a variety of industries this week, from planting trees to helping young mums.

National Student Volunteer Week 2016

Students are participating in a variety of events, scaling from “micro” 10 minute events to all day activities such as getting their hands dirty in the three-hour long Friends of Lake Claremont tree planting.
