Brekky host and West Coast Eagles chaplain Paul “Morro” Morrison got the opportunity to speak about his faith, and that of Eagles player Nic Naitanui, in today’s The West Australian.
“I’m there because I believe God loves people. What drives me is that there is a higher purpose.”
The timing also meant Morro could let the people of Perth and WA know about the work Brekky is currently doing over in Biratnagar, Nepal.
Kirste and Morro will broadcast from a hospital in Nepal tomorrow for Miracles Day with CBM Australia.
98five aims to raise at least 2000 miracles and restore the sight of those suffering from cataracts.
The duo have been humbled this week by all of the stories they’ve been hearing about each Nepalese who has undergone a quick surgery, which for a West Aussie is only a $32 donation.
Follow all of the Miracles Day action on Thursday 27 August on Brekky’s show page and on our Facebook wall.
