Wow. Just Wow. A Dutch Rubik’s Cube solver has broken the world record for solving the puzzle in just 4.74 seconds.

Matt’s Valk’s time was 0.16 seconds faster than the previous record set by 14 year old American Lucas Etter in 2015.

Valk solved the cube at the Jawa Timur Open 2016 in Indonesia. The World Cube Association said on its website on Sunday that ‘Mats Valk won the Jawa Timur Open 2016 with an average of 8.53 seconds.’

Mr Valk’s lightning fast time also took into account him starting and stopping the stopwatch.
