Reading Time: < 1 minute

Each week on Drive Bec and Jeziel play Let’s Get Passionate. Producer Telana comes up with a “controversial” statement. Then Bec and Jeziel have one minute to debate the idea. Let's Get Passionate

Deciding who is “for” and who is “against” is decided by a coin toss and then they have one song worth of time to prepare their arguments. After the debate is over, you, the listeners decide who wins! The most recent “controversial” topic was…The only good parts of animated kid’s movies are when the characters aren’t singing.

Bec debated that the only good parts of animated kid’s movies are when the characters ARE singing. “Soundtracks kids love them put them on in the car it makes the trip so much easier, take it from a mum…who doesn’t love a good sing-a-long?

Jeziel debated that the only good parts of animated kid’s movies are when the characters AREN’T singing. “Kid’s movies not kid’s musicals. It does not add to the storyline it halts it. If the song goes for three minutes there is no storyline in that get rid of it.”
