The syndrome sees people compare their own ‘real’ lives with others’ highlight reels, which is a natural human reaction. ‘Comparisonitis’ is all around us and the best way to combat it is to focus on your strengths, flip the script, celebrate others, make a start on something you’ve been putting off, and above all remember no-one is you.
