- Take Away: What is the main message you want the person to take away? By identifying this, the conversation is more likely to align with what you intended to achieve.
- Active Listening: Show that you heard the other person’s thoughts and opinions. Tune in to how they are feeling.
- Body Language: Our body language should match our words. Sitting up straight and making eye contact can help tie the conversation together.
