Default thinking is when our brain goes into auto-pilot. This can be good, but sometimes triggers negative self talk that can hold us back.
“From a Psychological or perspective sometimes default thinking can create a lack of problem solving and keep us stuck. Especially if they’re negative self talk.
Start recognising your default thinking pattern and find new ways tor respond to triggers. Jodii suggests keeping a journal. If you find yourself getting into those problems, scribble down the automatic thought. Understand how it is triggering you and why you believe it to be true.
