How to Naturally Boost Your Energy Levels

We’re coming into a busy time of year with the end of the School year and Christmas approaching at a rapid rate.

Naturopath Melanie Jaye, joined Mike to tell us how to naturally boost our energy levels.  “People are looking for energy…sustained energy. Filling up the tank this time of year, rejuvenating and making sure you’ve got good stores to get through for the rest of the year.”

She shared these tips:

  • Stay Hydrated: Before you reach for a cup of coffee in the morning, drink a glass of water.  Studies show 80% of Aussies are chronically dehydrated.
  • Energy Supplements: CoQ10, Magnesium, All the B Vitamins
  • Multivitamins: Try avoid cheap Multivitamins often found on the Supermarket shelves as they only contain a very small amount of each vitamin, so it’s not enough to be effective.

“If you get up and start the day hydrated it’s one of the best things you can do for your body and it’s so easy and it is a privilege.”
