Some people think it’s a made-up term but people are being impacted by two years of this uncertainty, extra stress, extra pressure, mask-wearing and having to constantly sign in to shops.
We may have had it pretty good here in WA compared to other parts of the world but there’s been this constant stress. We often think that everyone else is coping okay but I’m not. Adrian Munro, from Richmond Wellbeing, joined Mike to share what we can do to keep our heads above water.
