“Deep trust in life is not a feeling but a stance that you deliberately take. It is an attitude we call courage.” To have courage and trust at this time we must realise the way we think dictates our reality. There is lots of negative press at the moment, so be aware of getting sucked down that rabbit hole. Learn to be away from circumstances but not governed by them. Stress, anxiety and fear are an inside job. It’s about how we perceive our reality and circumstances.

“2 Corinthians 4:18 says so we fix our eyes not on what is seen but on what is unseen. And that I think is trust and that actually requires courage to do that. For us to not feed into the world’s anxiety and to not allow our circumstances to become bigger than our blessings.”
