The current world situation has forced a lot of people out of work, and almost everyone to be at home all the time. So know that you’re not the only one who feels guilty about sitting at home and doing little. But we have to remember to actively take our eyes off the negative and onto the positive. We need to take this time to reconnect with our families and spend that quality time improving our relationships. Being in isolation makes us aware of how busy we were. It makes us re-evaluate our busy lives and what we can do to improve our busy lifestyles.
