Scitech‘s science educator Courtney Webber delivered some great news on Drive with Jeziel, that’s if you love your coffee — “it’s actually pretty good for you”.

After studying coffee because of the controversy surrounding whether it was good or bad for you, Ms Webber was surprised to find there were “so many long-term effects” in drinking the hot beverage such as decreasing your risk of:

  • Type 2 diabetes
  • liver disease
  • heart disease
  • Alzheimer’s, despression and suicide risk

But there are differences in the type of coffee and amount you drink. Listen to the full interview below.
