The Fair Work Commission issued a provisional decision to include paid family and domestic violence leave in awards for permanent employees.
The move will allow for 10 days of paid family and domestic violence leave as a minimum standard for 2.66 million workers. The decision comes just four years after the commission introduced five days’ unpaid FDV leave into the award system. Simon Creek, from HHG Legal Group joined Lockie to tell us more.
