Brekky’s Kirste and Morro love visiting schools around Perth!

“It’s extraordinary…it’s so infectious. There’s an enormous amount of activity, enthusiasm and vibrancy that permeates through Yuluma Primary School today, both from the parents and particularly the students.”

School principal testimonies

“Thank you to 98five Sonshine FM for coming out to Kewdale Primary School to broadcast your Breakfast program, and indulge us with Free Coffee Friday.  Staff, students and parents had a wonderful morning and we greatly appreciated the opportunity to promote our School’s centenary fete which was coming up.  I would recommend the FCF to schools as a wonderful way to engage the community and to promote your school.  Many thanks to Morro and team for a terrific morning, and I hope we get an opportunity to do it again!”
~Brian Simpson, Kewdale Primary School

“If you haven’t experienced the 98five Sonshine FM Free Coffee Friday at your school yet, get in quick! South Lake Primary School community hosted 98five Sonshine FM Free Coffee Friday on the last day of Term 1 this year.  What an awesome experience! Great free coffee and enormous donuts, ‘freebies’, opportunities to showcase our school choir ‘live’ and share the wonderful work that staff and students do.  The warm and enthusiastic Sonshine team engaged and wowed my students, staff and community.  Once this amazing opportunity becomes common knowledge you could miss out on hosting a Free Coffee Friday, so book them quick. If I could, I’d invite the Sonshine team every term.”
~Leigh Liley, South Lake Primary School

“Having 98five visit Scarborough Primary School has raised the profile of our chaplain and was a springboard for engaging the community in the programs he runs for the kids at our school. The 98five team had all the bases covered for their breakfast show.  They were professional and engaged with the kids and our community to make the morning a real success. The breakfast crew at 98five really kick-started our day.  The positive vibe at Scarborough was a great way to start the year.”
~Jason Crofts, Scarborough Primary School

“Thank you for the opportunity to host the 98five FM breakfast show at Yuluma PS on Friday 13 May, 2016. Even before the Free Coffee Friday van arrived with coffee and donuts the morning was an uplifting and vibrant experience. The breakfast show was a positive opportunity for our school to promote the work of our fabulous school chaplain and the support we receive from YouthCARE. The Education Minister’s appearance added to the community interest and excitement. A cold May morning in our school quadrangle became an energised, buzzing hub for discussion and community engagement thanks to your outstanding organisation, enthusiasm, sense of humour, warmth and passion for your progra0m. The support of your team at 98five made the entire visit very easy to arrange and the whole show rolled like a well-oiled machine! Thanks to Ash, Chela, Devanny, Kirste, Morro and Bevan. You made everything so easy for us all with your calmness, sense of humour, obviously well-prepared plan, and excellent communication and team approach were warmly infectious and brought our school community together. The show presented a great opportunity for our school to showcase our Running Club led by Tania Maslin, Taiko Drumming Group led by Cheryl Hadfield and Breakfast Club program facilitated by our chaplain Natasha Sobjeko. Thanks for the opportunity! We’d love to be involved again in the future. Thanks for the visit. It was pleasure to meet you all and work together.”
