Don’t you miss being at school? Twelve weeks of holidays, playing until the sun goes down…and now, as a responsible adult, you have to work all but four weeks of the year.
That could all change though, with a new type of job coming onto the scene.
A major engineering firm has begun trials of a new type of contract that would give employees 12 weeks of holidays a year.
The holidays would coincide with the school holidays, so engineers with children can better manage work and family.
