The Women’s Friendship Group wants to be famous for: strong supportive friendships, heart warming fun and life changing feats.
In the past, the Women’s Friendship Groups of GFS have made a sizable impact in many, many ways and now they are looking to ask others to join them, bring their ideas and help them shape a new future.
The group will meet twice monthly – the first Wednesday of each month for a gathering together with a speaker, or an activity, or plan a ‘feat’; or they are open to ideas for what else might happen, and the third Wednesday of the month for a social event together such as cinema, a meal, a walk, and again they are open to ideas, as they are looking for this to be a group shaped by those who are part of the journey.
