The Friends of ANZAC Cottage, supported by the National Trust of Western Australia is proud to host a Remembrance Day Commemorative Sunset Ceremony. This event is free entry, open to all.
Guests are asked to be seated by 5:25pm. The Sunset Service is conducted at this time as the Friend’s research has found that when the Armistice was signed at
11am in France, it was actually 6pm in Western Australia. As is the Friends aim, this service will involve many of the younger generation and include such features as the Field of Remembrance and our poppy tributes.
