Reading Time: 1 minute
Event date: December 5, 2019
Event time: 9.30-11am

Are you curious to discover the importance of gut health and how inflammation plays a role in how well your gut functions?

Women who want to reduce bloating, sluggishness, weight gain, brain fog and improve mood need good gut health.

The health of our gut is vitally important in supporting our immune system, mental health and emotional health.

The food choices we make can impact our mood, energy levels, body weight and mental clarity.

Women’s Health and Wellbeing Services in partnership with Certified Health Coach, Gurmayll Kaur, will be offering a four part course titled “The Gut – Our Second Brain”.

Women will learn about the foods that strengthen the gut, repair the gut lining and feed the good bacteria of the gut. The gut helps in the absorption of nutrients and the elimination of toxins so it is crucial to eat non-inflammatory foods that will support a healthy gut microbiome. Gurmayll will demonstrate some practical recipes that women can take away and try at home.
