Women’s Health and Wellbeing Services in partnership with Certified Health Coach, Gurmayll Kaur, will be offering a four part course titled “The Gut – Our Second Brain”.
Women will learn about the foods that strengthen the gut, repair the gut lining and feed the good bacteria of the gut. The gut helps in the absorption of nutrients and the elimination of toxins so it is crucial to eat non-inflammatory foods that will support a healthy gut microbiome. Gurmayll will demonstrate some practical recipes that women can take away and try at home.
