Open to the public, this special event is being held by the Country Women’s Association of WA on Tuesday 21 and Wednesday 22 January 2020. CWA House in West Perth will be the place to learn new skills or build on the skills you already have, in a variety of areas that the CWA are famous for; Knitting, Sewing, Crochet, embroidery, pickling and preserving, to name a few. You can also learn to make Beeswax wraps to help reduce plastic in your life.

All materials are included in the workshop price and there is a discount for CWA of WA Members.

To respond to the terrible natural disasters occurring across the country, in the Sewing, Crochet and knitting classes CWA will be making patterns available for those wishing to create bat wraps and joey pouches, along with crochet bird and marsupial nests for the rescued wildlife affected by bushfires.

This Summer School is also a Summer Holiday Boredom Buster for children aged 12 and over who are welcome to attend with their parent or grandparent.
