This Good Friday, join Providence City Church for an opportunity to pause, meditate, and reflect on the significance of Christ’s death as they hear Bach’s Goldberg Variations. Timed for 3pm—the moment of Christ’s death—they invite anyone from the community to join them in a moment of stillness and wonder. Suitable for believers, those from other religions, or none. The atmosphere will be contemplative, but informal. Feel free to bring knitting, cross-stitch etc.
The piece will be performed by Gladys Chua. During the performance artist Abby Kendell will help them to respond by producing a live piece of visual art.
