There hope among businesses now that lockdowns are easing, and borders are opening. But many are experiencing staff shortages. Emily has advised them to have a good mindset and stay on top of everything. Focus on the things you can control by continuing to ask for help.

She was originally a social worker who dreamed of curing poverty. This dream has recently resurfaced when she discovered that helping people start businesses, is a great way to prevent poverty. But her personal hope is to spend more time with her family, especially her son.

“There is so much, especially in the business industry, reciprocity that comes by giving. Know that as you give know that it will be way beyond anything you can imagine the impact it will have.”
