Now that WA is on the roadmap to reopening, it’s predicted that we will get at least 43 000 cases of Covid. But his hope for WA lies in modern technology and medical research. With the development of vaccines, continuing to develop and learn will help keep us healthy and safe.

“There is a lot of hope in the future that we didn’t have 18 months ago.”

Dr Bruce has been a part of the 98five family for a long time and has previously talked about the Fathering Project. Through  programs and resources they aim to help support fathers and their families. Over 800 schools across the country have gotten involved. They’ve also recognised the influence parents have on their children’s mental health.

“You have to believe in them and identify way sin which they’ve got a bright future…that gives the child hope. If mum or dad doesn’t believe in them, who is?”
