Here’s a fun fact: did you know that strata is an Australian invention? The concept has been around for about 50 years and is now being adopted all over the world.


A strata title allows individual ownership of your part of the property and shared ownership of communal spaces like driveways. While this sounds like a good idea (and often is) it can lead to confrontations. David Snell from Davey Real Estate joined Mike to share some insight on the topic, and give advice.
