Dan’s 1 month fitness update

This year Dan is determined to get fit.

This morning on Brekky he gave us his 1 month update. “Every week I’m seeing some progress. Every week a different part of me hurts.”  His trainer Carly helped him with a workout consisting of a 200m row on a machine, step ups using 10 kg dumb bells, crunches and burpee broad jumps.

After this workout he was so tired he fell asleep in the shower! “I sat down and I just needed a moment to sit in the water. I fell asleep for a good 20 minutes.” But after 1 month, he has become more mindful of what he eats but does not look forward to his workouts each week.
