Do you take cold showers?

Jeziel came into work today and said that he has started taking cold showers. He says he felt very refreshed after having them. After doing some research he found that there are quite a lot of health benefits by just having a cold shower for at least 2 minutes long. These benefits can be,

  • Calming Itchy Skin
  • Waking you up when you still feel sleepy
  • Increases Circulation
  • Reduces muscle soreness post-workout
  • Potentially boosts weight loss
  • Glowing hair and skin

Thus, we had to ask the family, “Do you take cold showers?”

Sam gave us a call and he said he has been taking cold showers for the past 6 months to help ease his eczema and it has improved his eczema dramatically. Luke has also been having cold showers and he says it helps him relax after a long day at work.
