Our favourite foodie Blake Proud joined Kirste and Dan with a delicious, but healthy, keto waffle recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 tsp maple flavoured syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp artifical sweetener
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups blanched almond flour
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp of baking powder
All you have to do is combine the ingredients and cook it in a waffle iron. Then enjoy with your favourite toppings!
