This morning on Brekky, Blake Proud had us craving the scents and smells of Bali with his homemade Mi Goreng.
- 100g egg noodles
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- tbsp garlic chives
- 1 spring onion chopped
- 1 carrot grated
- chopped red chilli or chilli oil
- 70g asian greens
- 70g bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp oil
- Seasonings: sesame oil, soy sauce, tomato paste
- 1 egg
Use a wok to sauté the garlic chives and onion in the oil. Cook your noodles by bringing them to the boil in a pot and letting it sit in the moisture. Add the egg noodles, chicken, greens and seasoning to the pan. Serve with a fried egg.
