Blake Proud’s healthy chocolate mousse

Is there such a thing! Yes, and not only is it healthy but Blake made it Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Peruvian Cocoa melted (or cooking chocolate if you like non vegan)
  • 4 tbsp oat milk (or normal milk)
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or any sweeter you like)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Combine well until thick, fluffy and creamy
  3. Serve chilled
