Blake Proud’s Chicken Satay

Blake and Ella had their baby shower on the weekend. With over 60 hungry mouths to feed he wanted something quick and tasty to serve – his Chicken Satay’s were a winner!

Blake Proud's Satay Chicken


  • 400ml coconut cream
  • 3 big tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 – 1 tsp curry powder


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Keep some aside for serving.
  3. Marinate the chicken over night with the rest of the satay mixture.
  4. Grill over coals or on the BBQ for maximum flavour.
  5. Serve with rice or salad
