Mental Health Week is a national celebration each year in October.
So Bec and Jeziel shared what activities help them stay mentally healthy. Bec suffers from anxiety and experienced post natal depression after having her eldest daughter. So she has found that working is great outlet for stress and anxiety. “Exploring creativity is a massive things for me…It makes me feel accomplished…I love knitting and painting.”
Jeziel likes spending time alone in the word physical activities outdoors. Like surfing, mountain biking or just going for a walk. “Its great and its massive for my mental health.”
