Christmas is the most exciting time of the year…
But it can also be stressful and tiring. On top of Christmas shopping and parties, we are constantly rushing everywhere to get our mile long ‘To Do List’ done before December 25th! It’s no wonder our stress levels are at an all time high and fatigue starts to kick in. Naturopath Melanie Jaye, joined Mike to share some tips to beat the Christmas Fatigue:
- Be Intentional and slow down: “My belief is we don’t have to follow holiday traditions that leave us tired, broke and overwhelmed.” Take care of yourself and remember what the season is really about.
- Stay Hydrated: When our body is dehydrated it tries to compensate, effecting our energy levels, muscles and memory.
- Get a good night sleep by avoiding screens before bed
