Every Wednesday, Mel and Jeziel get Asa Andersen on the horn all the way from across the ditch; New Zealand! As Jeziel’s younger brother, he brings them an askew view of the New Zealand news, and this week was no different.

Art can take many forms. From the humble painting to the majestic sculpture. One form of art you may not be familiar with is “suburb-wide crocheting spree”. Asa brought us the story of Auckland woman Melissa Cole. Melissa sure is familiar with that art form though. She’s made it her mission to cover the streets of Otahuhu with colourful crochetings.

To make it more impressive, she’s only been crocheting for a year and a half, and already has grand plans to crochet her car.
