After 109 years of saving lives, Princess Margaret Hospital has closed its doors as the Perth Children’s Hospital in Nedlands has finally opened.

To celebrate the occasion, Kirste and Morro wanted to hear from the family about their PMH memories.

The underlying theme from each caller on Brekky was how grateful they all were to the kind, caring, and outstanding work of the doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff at PMH that built the legacy.

“Both my children were saved through PMH and I’m forever grateful. We talk about the building changing, but at the end of the day it’s the amazing staff that have done so much amazing work for us, for over 100 years. I’m so thankful that these people had dedicated their lives for saving our children.”
