87% of people say that reporting on social impact will build their trust in an organisation.
People have easy access to information now more than ever. Articles and images have circulated on social media, depicting children in sweatshops or landfills. People do not want to support that.
“People want to understand, not just what am I purchasing or donating to. But also what is the indirect impact of my contribution. There is an expectation for companies to make a positive contribution in the world.”
